At BETTER DEMOCRACY, we are committed to providing high-quality political training. However, to ensure fairness and cover our operational costs, we offer a Conditional Partial Refund under the following strict terms:

1. Eligibility Conditions

You are eligible for a refund ONLY if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

1. Minimum Value: The course or product price must be more than ₹300.
• Note: Low-value products (e.g., ₹99 PDFs, ₹199 Webinars, or Registration Fees) are Non-Refundable because the administrative cost of processing the refund exceeds the product value.
2. Time Limit: You must request the refund within 7 days of purchase.
3. Content Consumption: You must have consumed less than 20% of the total course content (videos/quizzes).
• Note: Our system logs every click. If you have watched more than 20% of the videos or downloaded the primary Strategy PDFs, your refund request will be rejected.

2. Refund Calculation (The 30% Deduction Rule)

If your refund is approved, we will NOT refund the full amount. We will deduct the mandatory Government Taxes and Platform Fees that are paid on your behalf immediately upon purchase.

The Deduction Breakdown:

• GST (Government Tax): 18% (Non-refundable)
• Platform & Gateway Charges: 12% (Non-refundable)
• Total Deduction: 30%

Refund Formula:

Refund Amount} = {Total Fee Paid} - 30%)

Example for Clarity:

· Case A (Eligible): You bought a course for ₹1,000.

- We deduct ₹300 (30%).

-You receive a refund of ₹700.

· Case B (Not Eligible): You bought a PDF Guide for ₹150.

-No Refund is applicable as it is below the ₹300 limit.

3. How to Request a Refund

3. We will verify your course progress (<20%) and process the partial refund within 7-10 working days.

4. Important Note for Candidates

• Election Outcomes: We provide education, not election victories. Refunds are not available based on your election performance.
• Double Payments: If you accidentally paid twice, please email us immediately. Duplicate payments are refunded 100% (without deductions) if reported within 24 hours.
